§168. Cities or parishes with 300,000 or more population; extra duties of school bus operators No city or parish school board in cities or parishes with a population of 300,000 or more shall require any person employed as a school bus operator to perform the duties of any other job unless the operator consents thereto and the board agrees to pay such operator additional compensation for performing any duties not within the scope of his employment as a school bus operator.
