§112. Student academic and disciplinary records; transfer; parental rights A.
(1)(a) The principal of a public elementary or secondary school shall provide for
the transfer of the education records of any current or former student at his school upon the
written request of any authorized person on behalf of a public or nonpublic elementary or
secondary school, whether within or outside of the state of Louisiana, where such student has
become enrolled or is seeking enrollment.
(b)The principal of a public elementary or secondary school shall provide for the
