§60. Judicial enforcement districts and subdistricts; creation and boundaries
There is hereby created in each judicial district, except for the parish of Orleans, a political subdivision to be known as a judicial enforcement district for the purpose of providing additional financing to the office of the district attorney for that judicial district. The boundaries of each district shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the parish or parishes comprising the judicial district and the duly elected district attorney of the judicial district or his successor shall be ex officio the chief executive officer of the district.
