§244. Second assistant district attorney
A.The office of second assistant district attorney for the Tenth Judicial
District is created.
B.The second assistant district attorney shall receive, in addition to the
salary payable by the state, an annual salary of not less than twelve hundred
dollars, payable monthly by the governing authority of the parish of
Natchitoches.
C.The governing authority of the parish of Natchitoches shall annually
budget an amount sufficient to pay the salary fixed in Subsection B of this
Section.
