§165. Expense allowance The district attorney of the Sixth Judicial District, in addition to any other funds provided for the purpose, shall receive an expense allowance of two thousand four hundred dollars for expenses incurred in the discharge of his official duties, payable monthly upon his own warrant by the parishes of East Carroll, Madison, and Tensas in the proportion of eight hundred dollars by each parish.
