§164. Additional salary of assistant district attorneys
A.The first assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for
his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state, an annual salary
of four thousand three hundred fifty dollars, payable monthly on his own
warrant.
B.The second assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation
for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state, an annual
salary of four thousand three hundred fifty dollars, payable monthly on his own
warrant.
C.The additional salaries shall be paid by the parishes of East Carroll,
Madison, and Tensas in the proportion of one thousand four hundred fifty
dollars by each parish for the first assistant district attorney and in the
proportion of one thousand four hundred
