§142. Additional salary of assistant district attorneys The said assistant district attorneys of the Fifth Judicial District shall each receive as compensation for their services as such officers, in addition to the annual salaries paid by the state, an annual salary of five thousand one hundred dollars payable monthly. The additional salaries shall be paid pro rata by the parishes comprising the Fifth Judicial District as follows: The parish of Franklin shall pay each of said assistant district attorneys the sum of one hundred fifty-two dollars and fifty cents monthly; the parish of Richland shall pay each of said assistant district attorneys the sum of one hundred fifty-two dollars and fifty cents monthly; and the parish of West Carroll shall pay each of said assistant district attorneys
