§ 15:660 — Confidentiality of records
Louisiana·Title 15 Criminal Procedure
Unless otherwise provided, all medical records, dental records, DNA information, and associated DNA samples submitted to the F.A.C.E.S. Laboratory pursuant to this Chapter shall be confidential.
