Irrespective of the right to apply for subpoena duces tecum, the plaintiff may apply to the court by motion for an order that the defendant or any other party file within the time to be fixed in the order a sworn list of all documents, including books, records, accounts, and papers, which are, or which have been, in his possession or control, as principal, agent or fiduciary, relating to the matter with respect to which the action is pending. The order may be directed to a corporation, domestic or foreign. If such order is made, the documents shall be listed with sufficient description for identification, in two schedules:

(1)all those which the party is willing to produce, and the name and address of the party in whose possession or control each such document is; and (2) all those which
