Whenever under a judgment or order of the district judge, or by a court of superior jurisdiction, any of the things set forth in R.S. 13:474 as belonging to minors, interdicts, absentees or persons unknown is to be deposited for safe-keeping, the deposit shall be made in the registry of the court for the parish and district in which the issue or litigation or circumstances arose out of which the deposit became necessary. The deposit shall be made by the clerk of court in the manner directed by the judge of the district, or by the court of superior jurisdiction, accompanied by a certified copy of the order or judgment. He shall require a receipt for the deposit, and he shall file and make due recordation of the deposit in the record of the registry of the court. The deposit when made shall
