§4251.504. Transitional provision
A.This Chapter applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after
the effective date.
B.Parts I, III, and IV of this Chapter and R.S. 13:4251.501 and 4251.502 apply to
proceedings begun before the effective date, regardless of whether a guardianship or
protective order has been issued.
