§2516. Conviction in the municipal and traffic court not to be used in district court
No conviction in the Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans may be used in any
trial in any district court of this state arising out of the same facts and circumstances in
connection with which the defendant was charged in the Municipal and Traffic Court of New
Orleans.
