Text

A. The judge shall receive compensation in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 13:1874, except that the annual minimum salary payable by the city and parish shall be four thousand eight hundred dollars. B. The marshal shall receive compensation in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 13:1883, except that the annual minimum salary payable by the city and parish shall be three thousand six hundred dollars. C.

(1)The salary of the clerk shall be fixed and paid by the respective governing authorities of the city of Plaquemine and the parish of Iberville in equal proportions, except that the clerk shall receive a minimum salary of three hundred dollars per month.
