Text

Appeals in all criminal cases tried in the city court shall be allowed, as provided in Article VII, Sections 10 through 36 of the Constitution, and shall be taken within the time prescribed in the Code of Criminal Procedure. Appeals to the Supreme Court shall be returnable within not less than fifteen days nor more than sixty days from the order of appeal. Appeals to the district courts shall be returnable within ten days from the order of appeal.
