§ 13:1279 — Suits in forma pauperis not affected
Louisiana·Title 13 Courts and Judicial Procedure
Nothing in R.S. 13:1273 to 13:1278 shall be construed to repeal or otherwise affect the provisions of any law providing for the institution and prosecution of suits in forma pauperis.
