§1310. Certificates of correction A. If any instrument filed with the secretary of state under this Chapter contains an inaccurate record of the action therein referred to or has been defectively executed, the instrument may be corrected by the filing of a certificate of correction. B. A certificate of correction shall set forth the following:

(1)The title of the instrument being corrected.
(2)The name of each party to the instrument being corrected.
(3)The date that the instrument being corrected was filed.
(4)The provision in the instrument as previously filed and as corrected and, if execution of the instrument was defective, the manner in which it was defective. C. A certificate of correction shall not make any other change or amendment that would not have complied in all respects
