§1-742.2. Jurisdiction over a director A court may exercise personal jurisdiction over a nonresident who is or has been a director of a domestic corporation as to a cause of action arising from a breach by the nonresident of a duty owed to the corporation or its shareholders because of the nonresident's position as a director.
