§1-201. Incorporators One or more persons capable of contracting may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation by delivering to the secretary of state for filing articles of incorporation and the written consent of the registered agent required by R.S. 12:1-202(E). Acts 2014, No. 328, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2015.
