§1-1320. Notice of appraisal rights A. Where any corporate action specified in R.S. 12:1-1302(A) is to be submitted to a vote at a shareholders' meeting, the meeting notice must state that the corporation has concluded that the shareholders are, are not, or may be entitled to assert appraisal rights under this Part. If the corporation concludes that appraisal rights are or may be available, one of the following statements shall be included in the meeting notice sent to those record shareholders entitled to exercise appraisal rights:

(1)If the corporation wishes for shareholders to be subject to the requirements of R.S. 12:1-1321(A)(1): "Appraisal rights allow a shareholder to avoid the effects of the proposed corporate action described in this notice by selling the shareholder's shares to
