§928. Limitations Except as provided in R.S. 11:932, any person electing to participate in the optional retirement plan shall always be ineligible for membership in the regular retirement plan of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana even if he is employed in a position covered by the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana. If an optional retirement plan participant assumes a position other than as an employee of a public postsecondary education institution or employee of the Board of Regents, Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, Board of Supervisors of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, or Board of Supervisors of Community and Technical Col
