§581. Application; definitions
A.Any other provisions of Chapter 1 of Subtitle II of Title 11 or any other laws to the contrary notwithstanding, the retirement of wildlife agents employed by the enforcement division of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission whose first employment making them eligible for membership in one of the state systems occurred on or before December 31, 2010, who are members of Louisiana State Employees' Retirement System, and all benefits accruing from such membership, shall be governed by the provisions of this Subpart; provided that with respect to matters not specifically covered by the provisions of this Subpart, reference shall be made to applicable provisions of Chapter 1 of Subtitle II of Title 11.
