§3685. Benefits A.

(1)(a) Any member of this plan who has completed at least twenty years of creditable service and attained the age of forty-five years, or any member who has completed at least twenty-five years of creditable service regardless of age, or any member who has completed at least ten years of service and attained the age of sixty years, or any member who has completed at least twelve years of creditable service and has attained the age of fifty-five years, shall be entitled to retire from service and upon such retirement shall be paid a retirement allowance equal to three and one-third percent of his average final compensation multiplied by his years of creditable service, not to exceed one hundred percent of his final salary.
(b)Any member who has completed ten or more years
