§ 11:3192 — Composition of the fund

From July 20, 1952, all funds, monies, proceeds, and revenues hereafter provided for shall constitute and be "The Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Bossier City, Louisiana", for the pensioning of members with disabilities, members who are superannuated, and retired members of the Fire Department of the City of Bossier City, Louisiana, and the operators of the alarm system and their widows and/or orphans and for the relief and aid of members of the fire department in the case of temporary disability.
