Louisiana·Title 11 Consolidated Public Retirement Systems

§1971. Eligibility for normal retirement Any member of Plan C shall be eligible to retire if he has at least:

(1)Thirty years of creditable service, and is at least age fifty-five.

(2)Ten years of creditable service, and is at least age sixty.

(3)Seven years of creditable service, and is at least age sixty-five. Acts 1997, No. 867, §1, eff. July 1, 1997; Acts 2001, No. 695, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2002.
