§ 9-1704 — Reports to commissioner; publication, when

(a)Each bank or trust company shall be required to make a report to the commissioner at any time upon the commissioner's request. Such reports shall be in a form and manner prescribed by the commissioner and shall be verified by the president, chief executive officer or cashier and attested to by at least three directors of the bank or trust company, none of whom shall have verified the report. The report shall show in detail the assets and liabilities of the bank or trust company at the close of business upon the date determined by the commissioner. The commissioner may require a copy of the report, or a portion thereof, to be published in a newspaper, published in or having a general circulation in the place where the bank or trust company is located, within 10 days after the report is
