The legislature hereby ratifies the compact, designated as the "Republican river compact," between the states of Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska, signed in the city of Lincoln, state of Nebraska, on the thirty-first of December, A.D. 1942, by M.

C.Hinderlider, as commissioner for the state of Colorado, by George S. Knapp, as commissioner for the state of Kansas, and by Wardner G. Scott, as commissioner for the state of Nebraska, and also signed by Glenn L.
