§ 8-303 — Enforcement of act

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 3 PUBLICLY OWNED MOTOR VEHICLES

It is hereby made the duty of every sheriff, deputy sheriff, and every and all other law-enforcement officers of any county, city or township in this state to enforce the provisions of this act.
