§ 8-2804 — Same; lien against shared vehicle; notification requirements

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 28 PEER-TO-PEER VEHICLE SHARING PROGRAM ACT
Between the time that a vehicle owner registers as a shared vehicle owner on a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program and the time that the shared vehicle owner makes a vehicle available as a shared vehicle on the program, the program shall notify the shared vehicle owner that if the shared vehicle has a lien against it, the use of the shared vehicle through a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program, including use without physical damage coverage, could violate the terms of the contract with the lienholder.
