Text

Whenever any person, after applying for or receiving a driver's license shall move from the mailing address or residence address named in such application or in the license issued to such person, or when the name of the licensee is changed by marriage or otherwise, such person, within 10 days thereafter, shall notify the division in writing of such person's old and new mailing and residence addresses or of such former and new names and of the number of any driver's license then held by such person. The division shall mail all notices to the person's last known mailing address furnished to the division by the person if such address is different from the person's residence address.
