§ 8-2413 — Injunctions; jurisdiction of courts; mediation
(a)Upon application of the board, the director or any person having any interest in the subject matter, the district courts of this state may enjoin any person from violating any of the provisions of this act or any order or rule and regulation issued or adopted pursuant thereto.
(b)Notwithstanding any other statute, law or rule of court, any first or second stage manufacturer or distributor or new vehicle dealer which has entered a franchise agreement with the other under which a dispute has arisen with respect to the conduct of business or the business relationship between the parties shall participate in the mediation of the dispute upon the request of any party to the matter.
