§ 8-1480 — "Transporter" defined

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 14 UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; DEFINITIONS

"Transporter" means every person engaged in the business of delivering vehicles, of a type required to be registered in this state, from a manufacturing, assembling or distributing plant to dealers or sales agents of a manufacturer.
