§ 8-1437 — "Motor vehicle" defined

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 14 UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; DEFINITIONS

"Motor vehicle" means every vehicle, other than a motorized bicycle, electric-assisted bicycle or a motorized wheelchair, that is self-propelled and every vehicle which is propelled by electric power obtained from overhead trolley wires, but not operated upon rails.
