Text
(a)The division shall not grant an application for the registration of a vehicle when:
(1)The applicant therefor is not entitled thereto under the provisions of this act;
(2)the applicant has neglected or refused to furnish the division with the information required in the appropriate official form or reasonable additional information required by the division; or (3) the fees required therefor by law have not been paid.
(b)The division may suspend a registration when the fees required therefor by law have not been fully paid.
