§ 8-1409 — "Commission," "secretary" and "department" defined

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 14 UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC; DEFINITIONS

(a)"Commission" means the secretary of transportation.

(b)"Secretary" means the secretary of transportation.

(c)"Department" means the department of transportation.
