Text

"All-terrain vehicle" means any motorized nonhighway vehicle, other than an electric-assisted bicycle, that is 55 inches or less in width measured from the outside of one tire rim to the outside of the other tire rim, having a dry weight of 1,500 pounds or less and traveling on three or more nonhighway tires.
