§ 8-1221 — Same; resolution of ratification

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 12 COMPACTS WITH OTHER JURISDICTIONS

The resolution of ratification provided for by paragraph (b) of article VII shall be adopted by the Kansas compact administrator appointed under this act. The effective date of entry for Kansas shall be not sooner than January 1, 1983.
