§ 8-1108 — Stopping of storage fees; when

Kansas·Ch. 8 AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER VEHICLES·Art. 11 ABANDONED AND DISABLED MOTOR VEHICLES

Failure to give any notice required under the provisions of this act shall stop the imposition of storage fees, until the notice provisions are complied with in accordance with the provisions of this act.
