§ 79-5a28 — Application of K.S.A. 79-5a25 through 79-5a27

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 5a PUBLIC UTILITIES
The provisions of K.S.A. 79-5a25 to 79-5a27, inclusive, shall be applicable to all tax years commencing after December 31, 1988.
