§ 79-5a12 — Application of

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 5a PUBLIC UTILITIES

K.S.A. 79-5a01, 79-5a06a and 79-5a11. The provisions of this act shall apply to all taxable years commencing after December 31, 1972.
