§ 79-5125 — Same; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 51 MOTOR VEHICLES
The secretary of revenue is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to administer the provisions of K.S.A. 79-5118 to 79-5124, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
