§ 79-4516 — Same; claim disallowed if title to homestead received for purpose of making claim

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 45 HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX REFUNDS

A claim shall be disallowed if the division finds that the claimant received title to his or her homestead primarily for the purpose of receiving benefits under this act.
