§ 79-4515 — Same; recipient of public funds for payment of taxes not eligible claimant

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 45 HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX REFUNDS

No claim for relief under the provisions of this act shall be allowed to any claimant who is a recipient of public funds specifically designated for the payment of taxes during the period for which the claim is filed.
