§ 79-4305 — Same; attorney general or designate; function

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 43 INTERSTATE TAX COMPACTS

The attorney general or an assistant attorney general designated by the attorney general may attend meetings and receive notices as provided in article VI (1) (a) of the multistate tax compact [79-4301].
