§ 79-4228 — Same; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 42 MINERAL SEVERANCE TAX

The secretary is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this act.
