§ 79-3496 — Bond of licensee; additional bonds; financial statements; release of surety, when; suspension or revocation of license; hearing

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 34 MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL TAXES
No license shall be granted and issued until the person applying therefor has filed with the director a bond, payable to the state of Kansas in such amount as shall be fixed by the director, but in no event less than $1,000, in such form as the director may prescribe. The director may at any time require any LP-gas user or LP-gas dealer to furnish such additional bond as shall be necessary to secure at all times the payment by such user or dealer to the state of all tax, penalties and interest due under the provisions of this act. If any LP-gas user or LP-gas dealer fails to file such additional bond within 10 days after receipt of written notice mailed or otherwise delivered to such dealer by the director, the director may suspend or revoke the license, issued to such dealer, and collect
