§ 79-34,123 — Administration and enforcement of act; rules and regulations

The director shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act. The secretary of revenue shall adopt rules and regulations for the administration of this act. In the performance of his or her duties under this act, the director may call upon the peace officers of this state to perform their several duties within their respective jurisdictions.
