Text
In addition to any one or more other penalties imposed under this act, the director, after notice and hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act, may suspend or revoke any registration, permit or other evidence of right issued by the director under this act, of any interstate motor fuel user guilty of violation of any provision of this act or any rule or regulation adopted under authority thereof.
