§ 79-34,101 — Measurement, calibration and marking of containers

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 34 MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL TAXES

The director may require that all tanks or other containers in which L-P gas, as defined by this act, is transported be accurately measured, calibrated and marked.
