(a)For all tax years commencing after December 31, 2005, each Kansas individual income tax return form shall contain a designation as follows: Kansas Breast Cancer Research Fund. Check if you wish to donate, in addition to your tax liability, or designate from your refund, ___$1, ___$5, ___$10 or $_____.
(b)The director of taxation of the department of revenue shall determine annually the total amount designated for contribution to the Kansas breast cancer research fund pursuant to subsection (a) and shall report such amount to the state treasurer who shall credit the entire amount thereof to the Kansas breast cancer research fund.
