Text
(a)For tax years 2000 and 2001, each Kansas state individual income tax return form shall contain a designation as follows:
Kansas World War II Memorial Fund. Check if you wish to donate, in addition to your tax liability, or designate from your refund, ___$1, ___$5, ___$10, or $_____.
(b)The director of taxation of the department of revenue shall determine annually the total amount designated for contribution to the Kansas World War II Memorial Fund pursuant to subsection (a) and shall report such amount to the state treasurer who shall credit the entire amount thereof to the Kansas World War II Memorial Fund which fund is hereby established in the state treasury.
